Up to £35,000 - My client is seeking Graduates with 18 months+ commercial software experience with an interest in AI, ideally some exposure through personal projects or commercial exposure. Due to continued growth, we're recruiting on behalf of an established Leeds-based software house embarking on a greenfield AI project. This is an opportunity to join at the very start of a new AI function, working closely with senior engineers to shape intelligent products from the ground up. The organisation has a strong engineering culture, modern tech stack, and a track record of delivering scalable software solutions across multiple sectors. * Hybrid working from their Leeds office * Dedicated learning and development budget * Mentoring from experienced AI and Software Engineers * Clear progression pathway as the AI capability grows
