As a Thermal Development Engineer, you will be working closely with the hardware and package development teams to develop cooling solutions for Graphcores integrated circuits, printed circuit boards and server blade components. * collaboration with server blade and rack mechanical and thermal engineers * development of thermal models from silicon dies to liquid coolant * Strong experience in development of thermal models for cooling of electronic products - You will simulate the thermal behaviour of stacked die integrated circuits, thermal interface materials, PCBs and liquid cooled cold plates. * design of experiments to simulate different thermal solutions * optimise thermal performance * Assist with development air cooled solutions for lab fixtures * Good understanding of thermal behaviour of electronic components - Job Summary - What youll be doing
