Role - Interim Engineering Manager We're looking for a hands-on Interim Engineering Manager to lead a busy food manufacturing site for an initial 3-month contract. * Leading and supporting a 10-12 strong engineering & maintenance team * Acting as a key link between production and engineering to keep operations running smoothly - Duration - 3 months (plus) Day rate - £550 (LTD) Location - Middlesbrough - Background - Manufacturing (FMCG or Food ideal) Ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact? This is a fast-paced role where your expertise will directly drive performance, reliability, and team effectiveness. * Taking ownership of all plant ancillaries and site services * Managing and enforcing permit systems to ensure safety and compliance * Driving improvements through CMMS systems - including implementation and optimisation of CMMS System * Boosting line performance, uptime, and efficiency
