The Radioactive Waste Management Group (GTDA), comprising a Head of Group, an engineer and five technicians, is responsible for the collection, treatment and conditioning of the nuclear waste produced on the ILL site, as well as for characterising waste packages and managing documentation relating to authorisations for the use of waste disposal sites.
