We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to drive technical delivery and provide leadership within a high-calibre engineering team. This role is a balanced mix of hands-on engineering (50%) and leadership responsibilities (50%). The Lead Engineer will be responsible for line management, technical excellence, and proactive communication across stakeholders, clients, and colleagues. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who thrives in a people-centric environment, values proactive communication, and is eager to shape the future of engineering with AI-driven innovation. * Lead technical delivery of projects and initiatives. * Line manage engineers, fostering growth and development. * Balance hands-on coding and technical work with leadership duties. * Conduct daily standups and participate in stakeholder meetings.
