SITE AGENT URGENTLY REQUIRED.....The UKs leading provider of highways maintenance who currently have the largest geographical coverage in the South of England are looking for an experienced Highways Agent to join a busy contract with a varied work load. They are forward thinking and constantly looking to improve and expand which includes developing and investing in their employees.
Scope of works: Small highways improvement schemes from 20k - 250K ranging from surfacing to safety improvement. This is an NEC form of contract so projects have a price structure in place and the annual contract value is approaching 50M
Position overview: Oversee 3-4 projects at any given time providing a consistent and quality service to the client. To deliver projects to time and budget in line with the clients specifications. To work independently, reporting directly to a Contract Manager and overseeing 30-40 individuals including sub-contract labour.
