The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a senior cost consultant to join a successful team working on a £multi million mixed use scheme on the south coast of Dubai. You will be working closely with the associate director contributing to the delivery of post contract cost consultancy services. You will become part of a company with a reputation founded upon a commitment to service excellence and consistency. The successful candidate will be expected to become familiar with systems and processes currently in place. You will be expected to develop with the client and adapt too increasingly to larger responsibility as the project develops.
The Requirement
MRICS accredited Degree
Quantity Surveyors need only apply with at least 7 years experience.
Career focus should include working for a client or client's representative.
In short, outstanding QS with a well rounded and polished career history of working client side is *Contingency Housing for Candidates Relocating required. Exceptional communication skills are also essential.
