This leading Group is looking to expand its House Building division, due to the successful assignment of a new D&B Flatted development, Value circa £11.5M in the Edinburgh area. As such they now have an immediate vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Successful candidates will have 5 + years experience coming from a House building background although contracting will equally be considered and will be based in the East of Scotland (Edinburgh or commutable).
You will have a good depth of experience in this sector and you will be expected to feel confident in running this development with minimal supervision.
This is a growing company with lots of opportunity to progress and eventually manage a team.
The salary ranges between £35,000 - £45,000 + Car / Allowance, pension and BUPA.
