Our client is a market leader and expert in the provision of temporary roadway solutions, modular pontoons and rapid rail access products with operations in the UK and Germany.

Their main markets are transmission and power generation, renewable energy, outdoor events, rail, civil engineering and construction

They are currently recruiting a Telesales Business Developer to fulfill a 12 month fixed term contract in their hire team in Worksop. As the first point of contact with their customers they expect you to provide excellent customer service, to identify growth or revenue opportunities, and convert all enquiries into hire business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and customer focused team.

This role will take responsibility for the processing of all quotes and orders with accuracy, as well as monitor all hires ensuring the highest customer service standards are upheld. You will be a point of contact for your allocated customers and field sales engineers, helping to drive sales and providing feedback where available, as well as identify any potential opportunities for business development through account management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales / customer service environment, with solid IT literacy, in particular MS Office. They are looking for an excellent communicator, who has good geographical knowledge and holds a full UK drivers licence. Knowledge of the Hire industry is desirable but not essential for the role.
