We are looking for a Trainee Site Supervisor to work as part of a small team of site engineers within the Projects Division of a company that specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of electrical power and distribution transformers, switchgear and electrical projects. . Candidates for the position of Trainee Site Supervisor will need to have had experience in the electrical contract installation industry and to have obtained training and certification in the current 16th edition IEE regulations.
The Trainee Site Supervisor (Electrical Installation) will need to have the potential to lead jobs and other workers from start to finish under the direction of the Project Manager
Training will be provided in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of low, medium and high voltage electrical networks and their components for distribution both above and below ground.
All candidates for the position of Trainee Site Supervisor (Electrical Installation) will need to be flexible in their approach to working hours as the role will be varied and requires working all over the UK, sometimes at short notice.
The company's customers include industrial companies and major UK utilities.
The salary will be hourly paid with basic earnings of £17500 and an OTE bonus payment of £ 12, 000 making a package of £29,500
