Job: Technical Director (Civil's / Structures), £45,000 - £55,000
Hays Senior Appointments would like to invite you to consider the following role with a very well known Multi-Disciplinary consultancy who are growing their Leeds office at a rate to match the prestigious new contracts they are winning.
They currently have a good spread of work across all sectors of building structures including; £20m City centre Commercial developments, £10m Retail Units, Several Acre Factory Units, English Heritage restorations and refurbishments and prominent Residential Developments.
The Position :
To manage the day to day activities of the Civil & Structural team in Leeds.
- To ensure technical compliance.
- To ensure workload is available.
- To mentor and motivate staff.
- To undertake Project responsibilities
- To grow the team
About You:
You will be a time served and experienced Chartered professional who is looking to take on a challenge where you will play a pivitol role in expanding and developing an already successful design office.
