Our client's Leeds office has an opportunity for a Structural Engineer to manage multiple structural projects or parts of larger projects to completion within budget, to undertake research and analysis and preparing recommendations and conclusions for formal review by project managers and to provide technological input and supervisory technical input by others within the Structural discipline.
You will also be expected to effectively manage your own time across multiple projects and develop ongoing relationships with clients.
Degree qualified or equivalent in Structural or Civil Engineering, you will be Chartered or will be approaching Chartership and will have solid experience in structural engineering, including design, structural surveys and some site supervision.
Experienced in working on larger and more multi disciplined projects, from conception through to completion, you will also need to have experience in the use of structural analysis and design software and the ability to work within budget, to control costs and manage change control.
Commercially aware with a flexible approach to the type of work undertaken, you will need to be willing to travel regularly as required by the role (e.g., site visits, etc.).
You will be a self-motivated, positive and hard working team-player who is keen to develop and who has a proactive approach to self learning.

A competitive salary will be offered, probably in the range of £25 - 35,000 p.a., together with a comprehensive benefits package.
