Primary Job Responsibilities As a Senior Structural Engineer you will be working on projects such as MediaCity, the BBC's new HQ in Manchester (£400M), Leeds Teaching Hospital, and various commercial and education projects.
- Leading the design for small/medium projects - Leading a design team - Liaising with clients, architects and other design team members - Maintaining technical quality - Ensuring project financial performance - Develop and maintaining excellent client relationships - Support business development initiatives Training and Experience Essential: - Extensive experience in the design of building structures in steel, concrete and masonry to British Standards. - Experience in leading the structural design of small/medium projects - Proven ability to work as part of a team, liaising directly with clients, architects and other design team members - Degree and MICE or MI Struct E (or approaching) Desirable: - Managing design teams. - Responsibility for fee management Salary and Benefits My client offer Competitive Salary and Benefit Packages to all employees.
