The role involves managing an important team of technical professionals and includes all people management responsibilities: recruitment and selection, coaching, performance management, organisational decision making. The role is responsible for recommending and assisting in the development of new offerings and making improvements to existing work practices. The position also has important project responsibilities including estimating the business impact of projects, negotiating and managing risk and interfacing at senior levels with their clients.
You will also be required to assist the Regional Director and to manage the day to day activities of the Civil and Structural team. You will be required to ensure that the workload is available with technical compliance and undertake project responsibilities in addition. About You
