They manufacture and distribute emission monitoring systems for the marine market and have achieved an enviable reputation for quality. THE ROLE
As Sales Director you will be responsible for
- Setting of the sales and marketing strategy for the group. - Development of the company's key accounts - Setting of budgets - Selection and retention - The internal and external sales team, leading, developing and motivating them to hit the budgets that you set
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Sales Director will be:
- A forward-thinking, strategic manager with technical sales experience - Able to manage P+L - Able to develop new clients at board level - Able to guide, mentor and support the sales team - From an engineering background
