BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / WEST YORKSHIRE £60K PLUS BONUS & BENEFITS
You will be the front line contact for new & emerging customers/markets & will initiate sales opportunities within the market to ensure accurate, timely & professionally managed customer communication. You must have: * Track record of achievement in either defence or security sector either on global or regional basis * Experience working in high technology market sector * Experience closing major deals (£2m+) * Experience developing/establishing new product lines * Excellent communication/presentation skills, self motivated, able to work under pressure * Clean driving licence, prepared to travel worldwide
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ownership of strategic business development plan - Develop/win profitable business in defence & security sectors, globally & in UK - Develop teaming/partnering arrangements with other companies internationally - Develop relationships with government, research/corporate institutions for development of new products - Identify new international market opportunities & areas for new product development |
