This is a medium sized construction consultancy based in the West Yorkshire area looking to expand its CDM / Health & Safety services. You will join an expanding office, to take control of the CDM offering, playing a pivotal part in the running of the division whilst looking to expand the business. Duties will include CDM team management, carrying out CDM work on behalf of clients, current client liaison to maximise potential current business, and also looking into new business opportunities, either generated by yourself or from other areas of the business who work very closely. The practice know the potential market in the area, as they are constantly being asked for the services, however, they need the right person to take control of that side of the business for the long term.
You obviously must be up to date with your CDM qualifications, and ideally come from a senior CDM position, looking to continue your career towards more managerial positions.
Salaries will be negotiable depending on your background, but will be in the £33,000 - £46,000 region, with benefits to accompany.
