Our client is one of the leading operators in the multi disciplinary construction consultancy market. They have a very successful Yorkshire office based in Sheffield, and as part of the 2008 business strategy, they are looking to grow the Quantity Surveying division.
The majority of this role will be very hands on, with around 80% of your time taken with quantity surveying duties. Projects come from a wide range of sectors, including education, regeneration, commercial and housing, and vary in value, currently the largest being £100m. You must be able to take control of sizeable projects (circa £50m) from a very early stage.
Salaries will be up to around £45k, with an excellent benefits package to match including car, pension etc…
