Due to unprecedented growth, this client urgently requires a quantity surveyor to join their office on the outskirts of Leeds. They have recently been awarded a number of high profile contracts within the health and education sectors. You will work as part of a close knit team, and will possibly be around intermediate level, bordering on senior. You will ideally have a background in Health related projects, and be looking to work for a smaller consultancy, where your contributions will be noticed more than a larger faceless company.
For candidates with the right background, salaries could be either side of £40,000 with an excellent benefits package to support it.
You will ideally be chartered, although not considered essential, and have knowledge of the health sector. You must be interested in working for a small to medium sized consultancy, rather than an international "bums on seats" type company.
