This is a leading construction consultancy with a base in West Yorkshire, looking for a suitably qualified Freelance / Contract Quantity Surveyor. You will carry out a contract focusing on cost plans, budgets and estimates. The contract will last initially for around a month, however, there is potential for the contract to run on much longer subject to satisfactory performance, and continued project wins.
You will be a qualified quantity surveyor, or be qualified more by experience and be used to working on a contract / freelance basis. Candidates will also be that are working in a permanent role, however would like the opportunity to progress their career within the more flexible and potentially financially rewarding freelance sector.
Rates will be around £24 - £28 per hour, however for candidates with the right background, this could be negotiable. |
