Due to continued success in the negotiating and tendering of projects, our client require an experienced site manager for the Northern Region (Leicester up to Edinburgh), to run projects varying in value from £1m - £4m.
They specialise in both new build and refurb predominantly in car showroom projects such as; Bentley, Audi, BMW to name but a few.
They have an enviable track record of delivering projects of the highest quality on time and within budget and the successful candidate will have a good eye for delivering a quality project on time.
He / she should ideally be willing to work away from home for which accommodation and staying away allowances are paid.
He / she should have a proven track record in the new build sector focusing on commercial / industrial types of construction. They should also have an understanding of Design & Build contracts.
They will need to be used to working to strict deadlines and will have the comfort of the full support of the project team. They must be used to dealing with architects, engineers and be presentable as they will be in direct contact with clients.
Our client offer an excellent package consisting of basic salary, car or car allowance, pension, bonus scheme, death in service benefit, private health, and 23 days holiday per annum.
