This is an opportunity for a commercially aware project manager to join a very successful and growing international construction consultancy. Based in Sheffield, you will join the project team working on commercial projects, with clients including a wide range of developers. Typical projects will be within the retail, office and residential markets.
You will be reporting into a Director undertaking a senior role to lead, manage the feasibility, design and implementation of project(s) on behalf of key clients and to explore and develop business opportunities. You will take projects from initial client design brief right through to handover.
You will probably come from a developer or consultancy background, or from a client orientated contractor working in Project Management.
Salaries will be negotiable depending on current level and position, however it will reflect the seniority and responsibility of the position. Benefits packages are excellent. |
