Our client is one of the leading operators in the multi disciplinary construction consultancy market. They have a very successful Yorkshire office based in Sheffield, and as part of the 2008 business strategy, they are looking to grow the Project Management division.
You will take control of project delivery as well as managing a team of project managers. Responsibilities will include controlling project delivery, managing a team of project managers, looking after finance and budgets, business development, fee tracking. Projects will vary in value between £3m - £100m and are spread throughout a wide range of sectors, including education, commercial, regeneration and housing.
Salaries will be up to around £55k, with an excellent benefits package to match including bonus, car, pension etc…
