Their product range encompasses several types of fan coils, cassettes, wall mounted units and chillers and the products are applied to large commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals etc, in order to provide the heating and cooling requirements.
All products are developed and manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and have been independently tested by various expert agencies such as, BSRIA and E.A. technology. The division is situated at the head office and in addition to 65,000 sq ft of production space it has its own in-house suite of calibrated testing facilities which includes calorimeter rooms, sound power measurement facility and a replication room.

The Role: The position on offer is for an Applications Engineer. This role will be based from the office working with clients via phone, fax and on occasion site visits. You will take a client brief from idea to quotation, assessing each individual client needs and proposing an action plan that suits their needs, identifying the ideal product for the brief taking into account client ideals and building constraints and producing a quotation. This will account for the majority of the work, however you will be involved in other duties such as technical support and liaising with engineers.
Requirements: The client will consider candidates from most backgrounds and are willing to train, however preference will go to the candidates with a knowledge of air-conditioning and will also begin higher up the pay scale. Candidates with this air-conditioning knowledge don't have to have specific qualifications but would be preferred for the role as they will have a greater existing knowledge of the type of product range they stock.
