What is the Role?
As a Lead Planner, Signalling you would be involved in a wide variety of railway signalling projects. You will also be responsible to lead and manage a team of project planners. You would function as a key link between Planning and Project Managers.
Responsibilities include
· Development and maintenance of fully base lined, resource loaded and costed project programmes for a variety of tenders and projects.
· Development, implementation and maintenance of standardised planning processes and templates throughout the Power business
· Highlighting issues, providing solutions to problems and reporting on a set of key performance indicators for the area as a whole.
Who are the likely candidates? What Skills do I need?
· Candidates with significant experience in a planning role, ideally gained within the rail or OLE industry
· Expertise in using Primavera P3e, as well as being a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
