Intermediate/Senior Mechanical Engineer required for busy Local Authority in Humberside.
Our client has recently appointed a new managing agent to take full responsibility for all projects in the Property Services department. Projects will range from small refurbs/extensions right the way through to exciting new large build, offering a diverse portfolio of work any engineer would be challenged with.
The key selling point for this position is location, offering local candidates the opportunity to work closer to home, avoiding the travel to the likes of Leeds and Sheffield.
To be considered for this role you must have Building Services experience, with a number of successfully projects already under your belt. You must be capable of full HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) design, overseeing projects and contractors on site and encourage client interaction in order to ensure works run smoothly.
Appropriate qualifications are expected, with an HNC/D desirable.
