The candidate is required to maintain the air conditioning for a maintenance and building services contractor. This is a planned and reactive mobile role and the candidate is required to cover a variety of different sites and will look after a portfolio of properties and be experienced in VRV, VRF, Split systems, Chillers, air-handling units and comfort cooling. The candidate also needs to have experience in ammonia in the industrial sector.
Qualifications required: CITB Safe Handling of Refrigerants. C&G 2078 in air conditioning.
