We require an experienced multi-skilled shift Engineer to work a 4 on /4 off rotating shift pattern (2 days/2 nights), preferably with experience in the food manufacturing industry or experience working with the kit used in the plant, which includes Mondini, Multivac, Delfords, etc.
You will be carrying out the effective planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repair on food production machinery, including adhering to preventative plans, lost time reports and breakdown reports, along with the completion of daily operating reports.
You need to be apprentice trained with either mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications, and good mechanical and electrical maintenance engineering knowledge.
The starting salary will be £26,000 per annum, increasing to 27K after 1 year service and to 28K after 2 years of service. Overtime is available,and is paid at 1.33.
