The role itself includes :- Reports to Senior Design Manager
- Client “face” of design department;
- Planning conditions – deliver
- Construction – Build-ability
- Reviewable design data
- Material selection with commercial department
- Monthly client reports
- Internal design reports
- Design team meetings with architects and consultants
- Client team meetings – every four weeks
- Discuss with “school” any variations, instructions
