Responsible for preparation of detialed drawings to all RIBA plan of work stages A-L in close consultation with the Project Architects / in- house teams.
Liaison with clients, other design team members including the on site construction team as appropriate.
Responsible for junior architectural staff managing projects from inception to completion to tight delivery programmes, including working on own initiative and as part of a larger in-house team.
Schedules of work, NBS / Specifications, measured survey work, including preparation of presentation drawings.
Typical Projects involved 80% industrial & commercial including home office, Church commissioners, healthcare & others
20% residential including stately homes, housing associations and provate clients.
Project Values - £100K - £25m
The ideal candidate will have CIOB or MICE
