Role Description
A fantastic opportunity for a Quantity surveyor to step up and be working on multimillion pound projects across York, the Midlands and Northants.
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved for the pricing and tendering of various projects.
Backgrounds can include:
- Commercial/Industrial new build
- Rail
- Civil engineering
- Construction
- Highways
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Managing the compilation and recording of applications for payment
- Costs reports
- Cash flow forecasts
- Overseeing parts of a major project up to £10 million in size.
Benefits Package
£30,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience + car /allowance + pension and healthcare. The Quantity Surveyor role offers a route to Senior Management for the right candidate, due to the structure, project order book and culture of the organisation.
