Experienced P.A required for a Multi-disciplined Consultancy situated in West Yorkshire on a permanent basis.
My client is seeking an experienced P.A for the Regional Board Director, to provide full administrative and secretarial support. This position is on a permanent basis based in West Yorkshire. The individual will have experience of the following duties:
Producing correspondence – letter and electronic
Producing board reports
Maintaining diary
Arranging meetings
Co-ordinating directors travel arrangements
Maintaining filing system, including P&C
Photocopying reports and correspondence, including P&C
Producing monthly reports
Producing staff charts
Producing presentations
Taking minutes from meetings
Any other administrative duties requested by the line manager
It is essential that the individual can communicate at all levels of management and is confident at making decisions on a daily basis, using necessary information and procedures. Must be able adopt an organised and systematic approach to work and be flexible to changing tasks. It is important that an awareness of financial and cost implications can be demonstrated in all activities. This role requires some one who has worked in a similar position before and who is capable of working off their own initiative. It is desirable that they have previously done this in the construction industry.
