Document Controller required for project in West Yorkshire.
My client is seeking a document controller to join company on a permanent basis to assist on projects that they have in West Yorkshire. The successful individual will have previous experience within the construction industry and have worked on high value projects in the same or similar role. It is essential that you are able to maintain all information relating to the project in a methodical and organised manner, so that everything is recorded and tracked in compliance with the requirements of the Independent Tester for Practical Completion and compilation of the H&S files. The project information will need to be recorded manually and electronically and it will be a requirement of the document controller to distribute any of the relevant documentation to interested parties. It is also their responsibility to prepare the documentation for O&M and keep a record of derogations on the project.
This role is no easy task and the individual will be expected to work off their own initiative and as part of the team. It is a great opportunity that can offer an individual diversity and experience on a variety of high value projects. Experience as a Document Controller within construction industry
Strong technical ability
Strong Administrative skills
Be capable of working off own initiative and as part of a team
CSCS card would be an advantage
