Are you a Document Controller seeking a secure, permanent role in Bradford???
Then look no further…my client is a major contractor seeking a Document Controller to join their company on a permanent basis, to start work on a live site. You must be prepared to start work on several projects that they have in Bradford and then in and around West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be working as part of the administration team and be in charge of uploading and tracking all information relating to the project such as documentation and drawings. The Duties will include:
- Dealing with filing and copying documentation and drawings
- Document control, including scanning and uploading project drawings
- Be responsible for correcting the way that information is received, distributed and stored on the project
- Be capable of identifying the requirements for, preparation and collation of documentation for O&M and compilation of true records of derogations
- Be in a competent in ensuring that document control compliance meets the requirements of the Independent Tester for Practical Completion and compilation of H&S file
- Maintaining site diary and paperwork.
- Liaising with sub-contractors, senior management and clients
It is an expectation that the successful candidate has experience of working in a similar role within the construction field. It is essential that the individual has a polite manner and is comfortable communicating with all levels of management.

Previous experience as a Document Controller is essential
Experience with the construction industry is Essential
Good oral and written communication skills
Good organisational skills essential
CSCS card may be required
