The successful candidate will posses a degree in Civil Engineering and ideally be a Chartered Engineer with a relevant institution. You should have a varied experience with different types of clients such as the HA and Local Authority markets and be confident in the financial control and management of projects Ideally you will have experience in design and build, construction supervision, and asset management.
