Service Parts Sales person based in Hampton

Established since 1885, they apply their first class expertise in environmental technology and energy conservation to make a difference in energy efficiency around the globe.

Description
The ideal candidates would have overall responsibility for sales and the development of customers in an assigned sales territory, providing customer value via technical and commercial expertise and partnering, no previous technical sales exp. needed. Report directly to Service Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Understand and communicate customer requirements to Team Leader

  • Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on Commercial customer acquisition and development

  • Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level

  • Encourage customer growth and loyalty with the company through continuous support and customer assistance

  • Develop and implement business and account sale

  • Day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders

  • Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

  • Keep customer data base updated

  • Report sales territory performances on a quarterly basis
    Keep updated on product changes


  • Key skills required

  • Home / Office Based – Hampton office

  • Strong Sales and Self Management ability

  • Must be adaptable

  • Must be able to work as part of a team

  • The Candidate must want to sell and have the ambition, drive and determination to support this

  • Must be goal orientated

  • Wholesale, Distribution, Parts or Service Industry background, ideally worked in recruitment or been an account manager

  • • Minimum 5 years in Sales, experience in a commodities sales role.


    Experience
    Experience within the HVAC /Chiller industry would be an advantage


    Language Skills

    Fluent English, written & spoken, any additional languages would be a benefit

    Salary
    £28k Circa
    OTE Maximum 70% salary advance.
    Minimum 30% bonus open ended (based on achieving measurement goals).
