Quality Manager £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus

Quality Manager required for a very busy and profitable food producer.

The Ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food industry, have a formal auditing qualification, have a detailed of industry standards such as the BRC or IFS.

A background in a Bakery would be idea.

They require an engineer with to be responsible for the following key areas

Establish and maintain quality standards in the manufacturing facility.
Manage the quality system documentation in operations.
Coordinate the non conformance and hold procedures for the site.
Manage the test bakery team and testing of finished products.
In combination with operations management co ordinate the Internal Hygiene audits.
Co ordinate the complaints procedure for manufactured products and customer responses.
Any other reasonably requested duties.
