Our client has an excellent track record working on some very high profile commercial and residential developments in the Midlands region and benefits from a large amount of repeat business from some very high profile clients.
The successful candidate will be dealing with projects under the following criteria;
- Total construction from inception to turn key
- Project value £1m upwards
- South east and west midlands up to and including Manchester
- Operating for national retailers throughout central England
- Extensions
- New build
- Refurbishment
