The candidate's duties will involve planned and reactive maintenance, working on general fabric duties, including painting and decorating, carpentry, plumbing and other general maintenance duties.
The candidate needs to have experience of working in a similar role for a maintenance company. They also need to be presentable, client facing and well mannered.
Essential Competencies:
- Relevant C&G qualification in either Painting and decorating or Plumbing.
