Based at a high tech data centre in South Birmingham you will join the on site maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of all plant services. This includes lighting, power, distribution and hands on maintenance of all other M&E services.
Knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC plant would be an advantage.
The client is a very well respected building services company and offers very good training and career progression.
You will hold relevant City & Guilds qualification's and have knowledge of building services maintenance.
