A leading multi disciplinary consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced and highy motivated EIA Environmental Planner to join their established team in the West Midlands. They are looking for a Team Leader with experience working on environmental projects that is qualified in a Environmental Science degree, or equivalent. The role will require technical input into environmental projects or environmental aspects of larger projects, and a thorough knowledge of EIA Guidelines, planning processes and environmental assessment methods is needed.
The successful candidate should be able to manage a project team and deliver a high quality service to clients within time and budget using the available resources. You will be required to have thorough working knowledge of environmental legislation, the planning process and the role of statutory bodies. The successful candidate will be self-motivation, dynamic and have the ability to motivate a team of engineers/scientists.
