Maintenance Electrician - Rides up to £25,000 Staffordshire
Aim of Role: Maintaining a flexible approach to carrying out all engineering duties as defined by the Technical Services department.
Key activities/results Customer: Demonstrates a clear commitment to achieving high standards of customer service. Anticipates and focuses on the needs of customers as a priority (both internal and external) and acts to ensure they are met.
Key Activities • To ensure the safe and efficient availability of rides/units and the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service and presentation, whilst ensuring working within health and safety guidelines. • To provide support to the daily operation, dealing with breakdowns and routine maintenance, through applying problem solving skills to diagnose and rectify problems. • Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection activities. • Ensure all contractors comply with all relevant legislation, codes of practice and company procedures. • Provide timely and regular communication to the Technical Services Team Leader with regard to operational issues, ensuring the earliest possible resolution and providing appropriate support as required, displaying the ability to make decisions. • To be an exemplary Operator, Trainer and Assessor of machinery within the Technical Services department. • To ensure required documentation is completed in line with company guidelines. • Shows a customer focused approach towards all tasks undertaken.

Qualifications/Training • 16th Edition wiring regulations • Completed apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline • ONC or BTEC equivalent in a relevant electrical discipline
