We provide a service to other sections of the firm as well as undertaking direct geotechnical commissions for many outside bodies such as government departments, local authorities, financial institutions, other consulting engineers, contracting and commercial organisations and private individuals. Projects range from a foundation assessment for a single building to the geotechnical aspects of major projects such as new towns, highways, prestigious structures, airports and bridges.
About the Role
We are looking for a CAD Technician to be based in our Ground Engineering Team in our Birmingham Office. You will be working closely with our engineers to produce CAD drawings for working projects on rail and highways designs. You will produce hard and pdf copies of these drawings.
About You
You will have working knowledge of using AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Microstation knowledge would also be an advantage.
