To Service and maintain BMS/Controls equipment associated with Building Automation Systems or standalone controls, maximising system performance and reliability, on mobile sites between 08:30 17:30pm.
Preventive and corrective maintenance to BMS Systems including Metasys, migrated 85/40s, and associated field equipment in key sites.
System performance / development.
Customer development / satisfaction.
Responsible for keeping up-to-date technical knowledge of products/system development.
Prepare detailed reports/technical communications on work carried out and submit to Contract Manager.
Ideally candidates will have as minimum BTEC or equivalent qualification in electrical or electronic engineering or appropriate job related knowledge
Further qualification to HNC would be welcome / encouraged.
Applicants will require hands on working knowledge of HVAC controls / systems.
Applicant must have a thorough understanding of Controls theory related to the HVAC industry
Applicant must be computer literate and have an understanding of basic software structure associated with BMS controls/PC Networks.
