Documentation Clerk
Location: Coventry
Pay rate: £12,000 to £15,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
General Purpose: To work as part of the documentation team, providing administrative and support services to the Company's project and management teams
General Responsibilities: To ensure that all correspondence between the customer and Supplier to and from the Company is issued and controlled in accordance with procedure.
Specific Responsibilities / Hard Skills: Issue and progress chasing of all documentation received from both external and internal sources. To develop and maintain records on the computer systems ensuring correct documentation is retained on record. Produce Test results from engineer test and survey data created at site. Provide ad hoc support for receptionist duties in answering and forwarding telephone calls To develop and maintain general filing systems ensuring correct documentation is retained on record. Photo copying, assembly and filing as appropriate of documentation packs or folders Assist as required with maintaining stationary stock and produce orders on a weekly basis.
