What is the Role?
As a Signal Designer, you would be involved in providing signal engineering input into the project portfolio, consisting of both detailed design and engineering consultancy services.
You will be also provide technical support and assistance to rail infrastructure projects both in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities include
· The provision of signal engineering input into: Feasibility Studies/Option Analysis/Appraisal; Scheme Development; Detailed Design Production.
· Contribution to the engineering input to multi-disciplinary railway engineering (design and consultancy) projects;
Who are the likely candidates?/ What Skills do I need?
· ONC/HNC in an engineering discipline
· Working towards, IRSE 1.1.150A Signalling Scheme Designer and 1.1.150C Signalling Designer Licence,
· Experience in Signalling design
