A Cad Technician with bridges experience is required to join an Engineering Consultancy in Birmingham. Their Birmingham Bridges Team are experiencing an very exciting time with some very high profile projects having been confirmed, based both in the UK and in the Middle East.
The team is expanding and they are seeking a Senior Bridge Technician so join them and produce the structural drawings for the projects. You will be working on new build designs on predominantly highway based projects with the opportunity to also work on rail structure projects as required.
Ideally you will have concrete experience and be able to produce the RC detailed drawings for the designs, the ability to use CADS RC would be an advantage however training will be provided if required. You role will be to produce drawings to the highest of standards, co-ordinating the production of drawings and collating all drawings required for project submission. You will also be required to check all drawings to ensure they have been completed to accurately by the junior technicians offering guidance as required.
