We are looking for a fully experienced Engineering Team Leader/Technician for a small Precision Engineering company specialising in quality aerospace components
The Engineering Team Leader/Technician Knowledge will be expected to have knowledge of most precision engineering processes and techniques including turning, drilling, CNC machining etc
Good programming skills in Fanuc controls and CAD programming with Licom system are required, as is an appreciation of Work Loading, Production Flow and Route Planning
Good man management skills are essential in order to run this small, experienced team.
All candidates for the position of Engineering Team Leader/Technician (Aerospace) should have the ability to work on their own imitative and have a hands-on approach to management.
Aerospace experience in a similar role is essential
