A Structural Engineer is required to join my client's specialist design team. Specialising in the design of reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete structural elements they have developed a highly impressive client base and project portfolio.
You will be qualified with a degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering and having worked within the Structural Engineering sector will have prior experience of RC design. Knowledge of Post-Tensioning systems would be advantageous, however in house training would be provided.
Their in-house design department consist of fully qualified engineers who hold specialist knowledge within post-tensioned and reinforced concrete design. You will be responsible for the completion of designs for post-tensioned structural elements working on many high-profile projects. Project in the past have varied and include multi-storey residential blocks, offices, exhibition centres, arts centres, pharmaceutical and chemical facilities, shopping centres, airports and educational facilities.
You will be required to have worked within a design role in the UK and will be proficient in designing to British codes and regulations.
