QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED NOW WITH CONSTRUCTION HEALTH SECTOR EXPERIENCE!!
A major Cost/Project Management Consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can become a senior member of the team and run projects across the health sector.
My client is planning to expand during the coming years with a number of key appointments. They are currently working on some of the West Midlands most prestigious projects including a number of key PFI, Education and Health projects up to the value of £200 million.
The Cost Manager will be placed on a very well established development program as well as being provided with training, so as to set the Quantity Surveyor up for further future senior positions within the company. The client will pay all subscription fees to recognised professional bodies and will fully support individuals wishing to complete membership to the RICS.
Individuals wishing to apply must have experience of working in a consultancy environment although Quantity Surveyors with a contractor background will also be considered.
What is most important for this position is individuals who are confident communicators and have experience within the health construction sector.
A bonus would be RICS or a similar qualification.
